Plant and Machinery
This is one of the few integrated plants having fadities for all the processes right from wire drawing/tinning to cable extrusion, braiding, armouring and final sheathing etc. BAJAJ CABLES is thus able to monitor quality of the cable, ateach stage of production. .

Laboratory
BAJAJ CABLES has installed each and every testing instrument required for routine/acceptance/type tests of the cables falling within their range including requirement for conducting tests as per the specification.

Quality Assurance Plan
BAJAJ CABLES has rigorous Quality Assurance Plan which is regularly updated in terms of which testing is conducted right from incoming material, in-process testing to comprehensive final testing of cables. We have already applied for ISO 9001.

Introduction
PVC Cables have been introduced to replace the conventional paper insulated copper conductor used in transmission and distribution systems. Moreover, the use of Aluminium Cables has been permitted in place of copper cables upto 6.6KV. PVC Cables have certain technical and economical advantages for certain applications.
